So much fun at this year’s Children’s Holiday Even!. I got to see so many families again before the holidays got underway. I saw so many siblings, babies, and big kids. The event was filled with smiles, giggles, and hugs. It was the perfect way to top off a fantastic year. Here are some of my favorite images the event - enjoy and happy holidays!

One of my favorite things is capturing photographs of mothers with their children. Whether it’s a maternity session with baby number two (or three!), a newborn session with a first time mom, or a family session when the kids are older - no matter what kind of session it is, I think it’s so important that you have images of yourself with your children. Just think, when was the last time you had photographs with your mother?

When mom Maxime contacted me, right away she said she wanted images of her and her baby together, and I knew we were going to capture something special. I adored getting to meet baby Emily in the studio for their session. Here are some of my favorite images from our time together - enjoy!

Baby Boy Andrew's Session | DC Newborn Photographer

One of the highest honors is to see families again and again. Getting to watch families grow from one baby to two babies and beyond - there’s nothing better. I love getting to know you and your children. Watching them grow, witnessing all of their milestones.

I first met this beautiful family when mama was pregnant with baby number one, and then again for their first newborn session with their baby girl. Seeing them again when Melissa was pregnant with their baby boy was such a joy, it’s amazing how different each pregnancy is. And now seeing their family of four with little Andrew’s newborn session. Well, it just doesn’t get any better.
