I’m often asked what sessions are my favorite. Truthfully, I adore all of them. Each is special in its own way. But something will forever be ever so special about newborn sessions. Getting to meet the new tiny human that’s been growing within you for so many months. Knowing that everything will always be different and life will never be the same. And being completely thrilled by it. I’m always so honored to be chosen to work with parents during this special time as their family grows.

So much love for this baby girl’s newborn session! I loved every moment of it and it was so wonderful to see this gorgeous family again after their maternity session. I love when parents sit back and enjoy the time spent with their new baby, just breathing in all the love surrounding them.
I loved it so much I even used images from this session for the new sample heirloom album in the studio. Albums are by far my favorite artwork (and so popular for new families), and albums will now include more customization than ever. A beautiful way to preserve family portraits.
