Getting to see families every year for annual family portraits has to be one of my favorite things about being a photographer. I am a one-woman show (so I’m both boss and worker-bee) so I don’t have colleagues - but I do have the most wonderful people I get to see regularly. I’ve been photographing this family each year since their daughter was a newborn and it is wild to see how she has grown. Here are some of my favorites from our session together - enjoy!

Every session has it’s surprises, some a little more than others! You’d never know from these images, but it actually rained in the middle of this session. Even though the forecast said it would be dry, weather is nothing if not unpredictable! Despite our mid-session pause to let the rain move out, it was the move beautiful time together.
